Our aim is to
serve good, wholesome, tasty food combining Egyptian, Bedouin and
international specialities along with a wide selection of alcoholic
and non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks.
We like to
maintain the traditional arts of good hotel-keeping and service and
thus most of our meals will be served at the table.
We have no
fewer than five restaurants and bars, notably...
La
Brasserie Restaurant... serving breakfast and a four course menu for
dinner. This is a
non-smoking restaurant.
Swiss Sinai Restaurant... open daily for lunch and, upon request, dinner,
for snacks and meals from our menu. This is a
non-smoking restaurant.
Friends
Pub... Nuweiba's meeting place serving snacks, meals and drinks.
Music, large television with live soccer matches, dart-board,
pool-table and various board-games are
there for the guests to enjoy free of charge. There are
also a wide
selection of books for guests to borrow.
Splash
Pool Bar... serving drinks, snacks and meals from 10 a.m. to
sun-set. The playing of music publicly is not permitted at our pool.
Bedouin
Beach Bar... serving drinks, snacks and meals from 10 a.m. to
sun-set. The playing
of music publicly at our beach is not permitted. Whatever
your wish is, we shall always strive to offer the very best service
and flexibility in order to suit individual guests tastes and needs.
On
many Friday afternoons we offer our guests
a free traditional Bedouin bread-making show with
Egyptian snacks ! |
